These Terms and Conditions for Donations (hereinafter the "TCD") apply between SoftBlocks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "Donor"), via the websites accessible at https://www.stablelink.net (hereinafter the "Website").
The TCD apply in their version in force on the date the donation is made via the Website. The Donor expressly and unreservedly accepts the TCD by transferring their donation.
In making a donation via the Website, the Donor certifies that they are of legal age. The Company declines all responsibility if a minor makes a donation without the consent of their parents or the person with parental authority over them.
The Company reserves the right to refuse donations from individuals or entities that are on any government or international blacklist, involved in or suspected of hacking, or other illegal activities. Should the Company determine that a donation was sourced from such activities, it reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to, returning the funds to the sender.
For a corporate Donor bound by its own terms and conditions, if these are contrary to or divergent from the TCD, they will not be recognized, except in the case of express and unequivocal written consent on the part of the Company, in this individual and particular case.
The Company accepts donations in the form of USDT stablecoin on the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain blockchains.
Any donation made by the Donor through the Website is a voluntary contribution to support the Stable Link project (hereinafter the "Project") development by the Company. The Donor is free to choose the amount they wish to donate and is deemed to have accepted the present TCD when making the donation.
Donations made by the Donor through the Website are intended to support the development and functioning of the Project. Specifically, the funds will be used for:
The Company is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and legality in the operations of donated funds. The Company does not support or finance any activities that are prohibited under the laws and regulations of the countries in which the Company is located or operates. The Company ensures all donated funds are utilized in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
The Company does not accept or utilize donations known to be derived from illegal sources. Should the Company become aware of any donated funds originating from illegal activities, it reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to, refusing the funds, returning them, or cooperating with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Donations made to the Company do not grant the Donor any rights, claims, or interests over the Company's assets or its intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other business assets. The Donor acknowledges that donations do not constitute an investment or equity stake, and the Company retains full ownership and control over all its assets.
The Company does not assume any responsibility for the Donor's tax liabilities or deductions. Donors are responsible for managing their own taxes and handling any potential fees arising from their donations.
This TCD applies solely to donations made through the Website. The Company's products, benefits, and offerings are exclusive to its Website, and other websites do not have any relation to or endorsement from the Company. The Company is not responsible for content or offerings on third-party websites, and users should exercise caution and discernment when visiting external links.
The provisions of South Korean law apply exclusively to the TCD.
